Positive and happy experience with Zoe

I had to call up to unlock my account and got through to Zoe. I didn't have my account number to hand but she assured me it was okay and we located my account by my address. After passing security checks she wished me a happy birthday as well which I wasn't expecting but it cheered me up and we had a little laugh about our ages. On top of helping me quickly, I took away a really positive impression which I felt should be recognised. Thank you Zoe. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Excellent bank, slight niggles but nothing major

I love the app and the bank, it's so seamless to do anything and review processes are quite fast (when suspicious transactions are detected). My only criticism is I wish the UI was more like Monzo in the account section to see for example money coming in as green, and money out as red. Apart from that I am sticking with Starling all the way and has been my main account for a while now. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022
