Poor support

Started off well and even got my premium down with the data they received from the driver box however when the box developed a fault you can not get through to them. Your are on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes and then can still be cut off or hung up on and because of this they cancelled my policy after 2 conflicting letters that had different dates on warning if they hadn't heard from me to sort it out that my policy would be cancelled. How can I sort it out if can't get through??? I got through eventually but was told it was the first date not the 2nd and they could do nothing now it had been cancelled. Received a cancellation fee just to top it off!!!!!! Reviewed on: 24th January 2022
