The banking model for the 21st century

The bank is professional, always helpful and simply the banking model for the 21st century. They also go that extra mile to provide information on how every penny of money invested in the bank is spent. That is heartwarming and rewarding in an era of impersonal machine like banking. No better place at this moment in time to place your money.

It's motives, transparency and messaging is all spot on. When it sends out newsletter emails re. organisations it supports, I like the fact that it's not a "Look how great Triodos Bank is" message but an excellent insight into the organisation that's supported by the Bank. And at the end, a short paragraph putting the Bank into the story quietly. Really great communicators. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022
