Wrong personal information constantly on my " eligibility " section

I have had this card for nearly a year and I've had the wrong information on my profile and also eligibility page, Zopa think they are in the right when I have supplied multiple times evidence to show that it is mot myself nor Equifax but it is Zopa Reviewed on: 25th January 2022
