i find the customer service to be excellent, but would prefer receive higher savings rates, and therefore be able to justify allocating a larger sum to the society. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

the staff are always friendly and helpful.

the staff are always friendly and helpful. it's a competitive market and so it's not easy for our society to offer great value on savings accounts, but it would be great to see the rates being a little bit keener for us loyal members. overall, it is good to be a member of the society. Good Traditional Building Society

I have found Bath Building Society to be professional and helpful. until recently the rates available have been disappointing, but they have done well for us members now, with a savings rate that is competitive. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
