Unfortunately, I hit hard times around 15 months ago and Barclays basically closed my accounts as soon as I got a DMP in place, they’ve now accepted everything and have been sound since but initially had issues with them accidentally cancelled my over draft when I requested a decrease and then sent me £50 For the inconvenience however as a bank they blocked my account several times and I had a few issues since switching to a different bank I’ve realised how shocking Barclays are. Dealing with only 3 other company’s in my life GO Car credit, are fast and efficient the APR could be better but so far I’ve had a very positive experience with the company and they seem fair and nothings been to much trouble with them not bad at all. Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

The app is shocking, takes 3/5 days for payments to get processed and the app is outdated compared to every other finance app. Very old fashioned online. Reviewed on: 25th January 2022
