All the information I was given prior to my application was in jargon free language, I understood exactly what I had to do and the terms of contract I was getting into with Zopa Then once I had applied, I had to verify who I was, I had 1 quick call to make with then and it was so smooth and efficient that I felt like I'd been treated as an individual and not just a number The service since has been exemplary I've had no issues, but the online account is so easy to use and I can see everything that is going on Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
