Quick, simple and very professional

The Zopa app is way to use and keeps you informed through the journey. It was a simple process to add required documents and had a lovely call with one of their customer service agents that verified me as a customer and my details along with use of funds. Decision was made in 24 hours and paid immediately. Very impressed and would use again. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Great people and convenient but safe lending

The team at Zopa have helped me twice with a loan and on both occasions the experience was friendly and informative. They keep me up to date with my outstanding via statements and have been very helpful when I wanted to pay one loan up a little early. They are a responsible lender who care for there customers. Amazing experience, Value for money and friendly staff

Rather than just apply for my insurance online, I like to speak to a customer service person. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, they took me through the various options and helped me make an informed decision on any extras I needed on the policy.
