Quick, simple and very professional

The Zopa app is way to use and keeps you informed through the journey. It was a simple process to add required documents and had a lovely call with one of their customer service agents that verified me as a customer and my details along with use of funds. Decision was made in 24 hours and paid immediately. Very impressed and would use again. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Great people and convenient but safe lending

The team at Zopa have helped me twice with a loan and on both occasions the experience was friendly and informative. They keep me up to date with my outstanding via statements and have been very helpful when I wanted to pay one loan up a little early. They are a responsible lender who care for there customers.
