Best challenger Bank

Great service feature and customer service. The only challenger bank who responds to requests and picks up the phone. I won't set up a business with any other service presently. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Best challenger bank customer service

I always get a response from Tide within 20mins, from a real person who listens to my issues and attempts to resolve them. None of the other challenger banks do this. Tide are responsive and professional all the others, and I’ve had or have accounts with them all are total unresponsive, you’ll be lucky to get a basic issue resolved in a week if at all. I wouldn’t start a business with any other bank, and that’s my experience and recommendation to other entrepreneurs. Reviewed on: 29th January 2022
