Easy Due Diligence and Great Support!

During one of the UK Lockdowns we started a new company and required a bank account. Where traditional banks simply wouldn't open an account until we could come in to a branch, Tide's sign up process was fast and easy to work through. Our company had a corporate shareholder which complicated the due diligence process, but Tide's support team were really quick to understand the situation and communicated very clearly the information they needed from us. In the end the whole account set up took a matter of hours and we have had a great experience! Reviewed on: 29th January 2022
