Good Customer Service

Have always found the UK-based customer service staff I've contacted by 'phone to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Am a satisfied customer of over 15 years with FD and will remain with them for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 29th January 2022

Straightforward and user-friendly investment platform

I've used Nutmeg for over 7 years now for my ETF investments as I chose not to select my own individual funds. I appreciate Nutmeg's choice of portfolios according to the level of risk I wish to take, its transparent fee structure and monthly market updates.
