Customer service

Customer service is excellent. I don't really understand how the markets work or technolgy to be truthfull. My first investment went well into an ISA, my second into a general, not my intention. An email to Nutmeg and they reply really quickly with a step by step guide on how to move the money from general to ISA. Any quieries via nutmail, they are on it. I can not fault them on customer service. Reviewed on: 30th January 2022
