A business bank that not only listens but talks ..

A business bank that not only listens but talks ? Our experience with "others" or those that like to pretend to be the obvious choice to provide business banking echoes the usual "too busy" to create even your account for weeks, impossible to get hold of anyone with whom you can engage et al was the norm. TIDE breaks that mould - one can ask or offer them ideas of ways to do stuff better and they actually interact - promptly. For me the only way is forward is TIDE. Reviewed on: 31st January 2022
