Very expensive, every year

Always increasing my premium, every year is the same even with no claims. I try to call them and spent hours waiting in a queue. Very poor, but if you can be bothered to wait for many hours then they will usually drop the price by up to 50%. They prey instead and hope people cannot be bothered to queue. Another year of no claims - premium through the roof

Another year of no claims leading to extortionate price increase. Impossible to speak to a human and reluctance to price match the plethora of other providers whom offer (slightly) more reasonable premium rates. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
