Brilliant in all ways!

I've had 2 remortgages with Mojo & 1 that didn't go through due to the solicitors involved really mucking up. Mojo were brilliant about it, they took ownership of sorting the issue out, they did all the legwork with the solicitors, they held my hand & listened to my take of woe & helped me sort it all out with a new mortgage company. They REALLY listened. My latest remortgage was them contacting me due to coming up to the 2 year special rates, me saying yes please, have a look, them saying yep, weve found this, me saying yes please...and 1 month later, done & dusted! Great Company, very professional

I got great information from Mojo, though my first mortgage didn't go through due to my conveyancing company. I approached Mojo again and they were with me all the way. Due to the issues, had the Team Manager keep an eye on things and direct calls too. 2nd time around everywent smoothly because of Mojo being there for me. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022
