Reassurance when it really matters

I am one of the unfortunates who needed to use my insurance whilst I was travelling earlier this year. I was travelling with an unrelated previous medical condition but needed to have urgent day surgery in Argentina. It was all quite scary at the rime, but I was assured by the medical helpline team member I spoke to that I could proceed with the surgery in a private clinic. All went well with the procedure and I was able to continue with my travels, with minimal disruption to my plans. My claim was paid within days of submitting the appropriate paperwork. I couldn’t fault the service I received from Travel 4 Medical. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
