Available at times when it suits me

I loved being able to communicate with them via email / chat at times that suited me. Sometimes they would update progress in the evening too. Great service! The main drawback was the intercom system they use retained the full history as nested attachments in the emails, so these emails got huge after a while. Fix that and I'd have given them 5 stars. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022
