Ease of use, great customer support

Having banked with highstreet banks for years, I was becoming less amused by the way they treated long term customers, I switched to Tide, the customer support was refreshing and the app is so easy to use. Thank you for being what a bank should be. Simple and honestly straightforward. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022
