Review of the Post Office, Personal Loan:

Waste of 2 weeks

I have a perfect credit score on Experian of 999. I have never defaulted on any form of payment, whether it be a mortgage payment, car, phone, utilities etc. I have never used an overdraft on any bank account, past or present. I was provisionally accepted for a 2.8% personal loan by The Post Office Loans. After a long and tedious procedure of sending over supporting documents to confirm my identify, bank statements, proof of address I had heard nothing from them 2 weeks after starting the application. When I contacted them on the 14th day I was told I was not accepted for the loan and I would not be given a reason as to why. I don’t know how I could of improved my credit history anymore than it currently it is. Post Office Loans are a disgrace. Avoid. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022
