Professional, friendly and helpful service.

After my savings account matured I wanted to set up a follow on account and a new savings account. I was unsure what savings account to open and was assisted by Kasey who guided me through my options. Also, helping me complete the registration. Making the experience pleasant and fuss free. Served by the highly professional Jamie, who introduced us to all available savings products. Explaining everything without any pressure to commit. On the basis of the information provided we were able to decide which savings products suited our needs.
