Fantastic new way to insure my car

I trialed by miles in their beta program, the experience was fantastic. One month my total bill was half my usual insurance cost. While the financial element is great, something I hadn’t expected was the amazing customer service and care. I initially had a problem with a tracker and a few brief exchanges with the team got my unit working. The care element really took me back though. the sensor picked up a sudden moment as a possible accident and shortly after the team again reached out to check I was OK. That stood out in to me as an amazing leap in customer care and use of technology to better protect us. I don’t think I’m overstating here to say I think with further development the service and technology By Miles are developing could save lives.
