Extremely easy to navigate

Extremely easy to navigate with funds moving almost immediately. Only strange thing is that when the funds transfer, the Chip screen goes black and I can only tell that the transaction has been successful by my everyday banking sending a notification. I actively promote Chip to Family and friends. My husband now has a savings account with you. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Love Chip's simplicity, but make prizes more exciting!

I love the simplicity of Chip, to easily add and withdraw funds as needed and for an easy access account, I have enjoyed seeing the interest rack up each month, in comparison to some stagnant savings products that I have had no movement on in 5+ years. I only wish the Prize Savings Account actually had some decent prizes that were better than £10, for the lower prize winnings. A few £100.and £1,000 would be great. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Fantastic reminders and control of funds for safeguarding.

Love the monthly reminders to top up the parent fund and the immediate notice of expenditure. My daughter has full control of her card, but it's the safety net of knowing how her card is used that is comforting, should we ever need to track her card. Reviewed on: 9th February 2022
