It could be a great app

I downloaded this app in Jan 2022. At first I thought it was an amazing. I was using Snoop but I felt that this app had many more features. I upgraded the app to a premium membership and days after this I had multiple issues with connecting to external accounts. I raised an issue with customer services after a slow response I sent an e-mail to the CEO and then a senior tech person contacted me explained there were various issues and then said he would come back to me ehich he did but I am still unable to connect one of my accounts. I’m disappointed with the time it’s taken to resolve the issues especially as I paid for a premium membership. That said the features are a lot better than other apps such as snoop.
