Retail Banking At It's Best

After banking with other retail banks, let's say our expectations were not high! We opened a joint account and were pleasantly surprised by First Direct's excellent banking service. We have been customers for 7 years now and have no wish to move anywhere else. Excellent customer service, by humans who answer within 3 rings, excellent banking products and an on-line banking service that is completely stress free and a joy to use. It's the gold standard other banks should take note of. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
