Very impressed, didn't let us down.

I wanted a no frills insurance to cover veterinary costs for my Jack Russell terrier. About three months after taking out the cover my dog became desperately ill needing emergency overnight and day care for several days. Happily, he made a full recovery and our claim was paid promptly. When the renewal premium came round it was very competitive and we were delighted with the overall service and support.
