Fair price and fast easy claims process

We had to claim for our dog last year and this was paid out quickly and with no quibble. When the insurance was due for renewal I felt the price had gone up quite a bit so I called and when I explained my dogs illness was not ongoing they accepted that and the price was reduced. Definitely no complaints so far and would recommend Reviewed on: 25th July 2018

So far so far good

We have had to make a claim recently and it was handled quickly with no hassle and all done through the Vet so we had nothing to worry about which took a load off our minds Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
