I have been with Lifetime for three years now, and after three claims, I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time their Customer Service have been very efficient and very fast to sort out my claims, so I didn't have to worry money wise, while I had to take care of my precious dog. But what I love above anything else about them is their great communication, and the fact that during the sort out of my claims they continually kept informing me about them with letters and emails, so I knew at any time what was going on. I can't thank them enough for this. A few days ago, my insurance with them was due for renewal, and although this year the premium had been increased, I didn't have any hesitation for signing with them again.
