Great customer service

I've banked with first direct for 26 years and in that time their service has been excellent. I believe that they still provide a great service and even though I readily change financial services products I have no intention of moving my main bank accounts away from them. Still the best after all these years

I switched to first direct in January 1997 after years of poor service from a number of high street banks. first direct's customer service has always been excellent and never let me down, which is why I have not switched to another provider, which I'm happy to do in all things if I'm not happy or feel that I can get a better deal.
