Great service at a great price

We got Otto a Cockapoo puppy a year ago and it was the first time I had to arrange pet insurance. I found a provider based on price and was just about to commit when I decided to do some searching on the company first. I'm glad I did as the reviews were not favourable but the reviews did give me an indication of the good ones. From this Lifetime Pet Cover sprang up as being a pet insurance provider that was fair and gave a great service. I checked out their policies and found one that gave me the cover I wanted and the cost was very good. In the first year we had one issue with Otto which was quite serious. He had a stomach issue which involved emergency vets, x-rays, drips and being kept in for observation for 2 days. Luckily the issue sorted itself out without the need of an operation but the total cost of the treatment was still quite a bit. Between my vets and Lifetime Pet Cover the claim was processed promptly and without issue. This really helped with what had been a stressful enough time already. I have recently renewed my cover as this has given me great peace of mind. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
