Great, efficient service

Cannot fault the service and efficiency of Virgin Money when opening an ISA including transfers in. A very quick and easy online application process. Reviewed on: 9th June 2019

The friendly, supportive bank

By keeping some of my savings in my current account I get a good interest rate with easy access should the need arise. Branch and online support is excellent too. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

In recent years Santander have scored badly on customer service but I can hardly fault them on my 123 account. Whether by phone, on line or in branch I have always found them to be extremely helpful. I get cash-back on paying bills and a good rate of interest is a real bonus. Just wish it could be on more than £20000! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2016
