Easy to setup and transfer money

Easy to setup and transfer money to and from the account. Interest rate not the best but not far off. App was good until a recent update; it didn't like my Samsung Galaxy S8 with the very old Android version 9. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Good product with good interest rates.

Good product with good interest rates. The App was excellent, but it suddenly stopped working after an update and despite uninstalling and reinstalling many times over many months it still doesn't work. Using the Website is adequate but not as good as the App. Reviewed on: 29th March 2025

RCI Bank

The online banking for the Easy Access savings account is very good. My only complaint is the slow speed of processing receipts and payments. I am used to near-instantaneous transactions with other online banks. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
