A user-friendly service

Following a quote for my dog's insurance from another insurance company, which would have meant taking out a second mortgage, I contacted Lifetime Pet Cover. The call was answered almost immediately and I spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I believe he may have been one of the founders of the company. After furnishing him with all the necessary details for my quote, I was very pleasantly surprised when my quote came out at almost half of the other company's. needless to say I took it and have had no regrets. I have made one claim since and again, when I spoke to staff on the phone, nothing was too much trouble. When the policy was renewed this year it had only gone up a small amount. I should say here that my dog is now 14 years old and many insurance companies hike the price up extortionately once they are over 9 years. Lifetime Oet Cover do not. I really do feel this company deserve recognition. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017
