Basically great

Both the bank and the companion app are very good. They have great features and there's a lot of consideration and quality there. Though there are a few issues I encountered that were frustrating: 1. no option to view both of my starling accounts (personal and joint) on the home screen of the app. 2. Online chat operators not reading my reported issue. 3. Switch process to move my joint account to starling required me to create a new joint account first then switch into it, which I've never had to do before when switching. 4. After starting the switch and going through verification with my partner, tapping the switch notification (advising I needed to confirm some details) didn't take me to where I needed to go in the app, so eventually had to select option to start a new switch for the app to inform me there was already a switch in progress and continue from there. Aside from these issues, everything works beautifully. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022
