Great in-app and customer experience, helps me keep on top of my money

I've been with Starling for a couple of months now and all of my experiences so far (including the switch) have been very smooth, and customer service has been very prompt. I feel like my financial information is easy to access, easy to understand and presented in a timely way, to give me insights and a level of understanding that I was not getting with my previous bank. I feel much more financially aware and in control. The functionality in the app makes everyday financial transactions such as making payments, splitting bills and saving money easy to do. This is a bank that is seeing things from my perspective rather than treating me like a bank employee. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
