Stay clear of Rias insurance

No customer loyalty with Rias they just don't care, they will not try to help anyone who is insured with them.They choose to laspe your policy within hours of it not being renewed, other insurers give you time if you have a good reason, as I did. A company that does not value customers who have been with them years and not had any claims

Insured with them for years because I was a few hours late renewing my policy they told me it would now be £90 more, terrible unreliable don't tell you the truth this company. Don't insure with them, or you will be sorry. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Not at all telling people how I have been treated by them, so they do not insure with them

10 years insured and missed my renewal by hours and they said now it's lapsed so it will cost£90. More. Found insurance £40 cheaper than original quote so will not ever insure with them or recommend them ever again. They do not respect loyal customers who have never claimed.
