A Bank that leads the non-high-street way

I was at first skeptical signing up to Starling because I had never used any bank other than a high street one. The prospect of having everything done online, with no opportuntiy to visit a branch if anything went wrong, seemed daunting. Starling, however, completely put my mind at ease with a reassuring and surprisingly approach to banking. So much so I now believe that customers can gain a much more valuable experience without visiting a branch. Even though Starling's history in the banking world has been short, I believe they are leading the way - the non-high-street way. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
