Brilliant Bank

Been banking with Starling for a few years now and I can highly recommend this bank. The bills pot is excellent, I pay a set amount into every week and let starling handle paying the bills when they fall due whilst I get on with my life. If you do have a query it is always dealt with promptly and professionally by a real person via the chat option, no more waiting for someone to answer a phone in a call center in a different country! Great Banking experience

I used to use a number of different accounts to pay my bills, it's so much easier putting them through Starling using the bills pot. I also use the savings pot and roundup pots. Using starling switch was faultless in transferring my direct debits and standing orders across. My life is so much easier now I'm not constantly checking if I need to transfer money to other banks to cover different direct debits. I have my wages paid in every week and Starling is my main account. Highly recommend this bank Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
