WORST "Bank" to Exist - You WILL lose your money

Have had my credit card account put on hold. I was not informed of this, first I knew was when I tried to use my card and it was refused, after a call to their team I was informed it was "under review", when I asked why, I was told "I'm afraid we can't tell you that, it isn't on our screens, one of the team who deals with it will be in touch" - that was over 2 weeks ago. I'm still paying my credit card bill, still having charges applied, still have an available balance, but cannot use the card, or get an answer as to why. My partner has one of their "credit builder" accounts. He had his stopped at random too. There was just under £2k in there. Again, was not informed until he called them, after about 6 months on yet another phone call, they told him the account was being closed, when he followed the process to claim back the funds in his account he was told there was NO funds in his account. They still charged him his monthly fees, paid by direct debit, yet any time the direct debit date was a weekend/bank holiday he was charged a late fee for the payment being late!?! If you search online about them you'll find this is a regular occurrence, and they have STOLEN from an awful lot of their customers, who all get the same treatment - no one can tell them anything because it isn't on their screen, and the (what I assume is imaginary) team in charge of this will never be able to take calls, will never call you, or email back. They are THIEVES and I recommend everyone I meet to avoid them at ALL cost. You want a good bank - try Starling, they are great. Want a credit card - go for either Vanquis if you have poor/low credit (their charges are high though), or (if you get offered one) go with Creation.
