amaizing app, really good customer service

Fast customer service, good freedom in app, with vaults and multiple cards possible amaizing experience. if dealing with cash often this is not for you. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Clear, responsive & features

Starling seems to have much cleare overwiev over transactions, search results. Something I was supposed about is responsiveness, as the don't have phone number and communication need to be via chats expected responses in days for each new question, but always got in few hours, might seem long for some, but so simple, just write ur enquiry and soon you will have answere and it will stay with you for reference. Starling features are amazing, mainly spaces, where you can create like separate bank account to save for something or for paying bills or separate accounts for multiple categories of bills. Money can be moved to space or back to account free and instant. Space don't have new account number but it is separate from other parts of account. Have been with Starling only about year, but have enjoyed a lot. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022
