Online banking from starling puts others to shame

I have used Starling for over a year and have never had any issues. I speak to native speaking customer service if I need to do anything that I don't understand. They are quick to answer, provide a very good service and follow everything up. I have been very impressed. Can now view my money in a sensible and unique way thanks to new systems which you can choose to or not to improve how you see your money. Unique, fresh and never have any issues with my daily account. Thanks to their ways of viewing funds in the account I can say I have a much easier way if keeping account of all my money's and welcome additional ideas as starling introduce them. I don't think I would have saved as much without some of the ideas starling had. Having a spaces account helps me keep important monies separate and stops me spending more than I have. I love that you can now have a separate card for spaces monies to pay bills directly from that space. Brilliant. Keep it up. I also like how they are doing a bit for the planet by planting a tree for new accounts. I've signed a number of friends up to this idea. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Just fantastic all round

Starling haven't put a foot wrong since I ditched all my high street bank accounts abs mixed to them. They are original comd up with fresh ideas to help manage my money and know how to do customer service really well. I have shown several of my friends the benefits of this bank and I'm glad to say several have taken me up on joining. I feel that I can do my banking on my terms and in line with how I want to use my money. New ideas regularly appear so that I can save and pay bills in a more simplified way. Starling puts the high street banks in their place. So pleased I moved away from what was the norm. Starling are there to help me everyday.Thankyku. Reviewed on: 18th February 2022
