Easy, clear, trusted

I know some people might be skittish operating with a bank that has no actual premises to go into, but I've never had a problem. I can put money into my account from post offices and I trust I can speak to a knowledgeable advisor on the phone or online if I ever have a problem (so far not needed!) I love how easy it was to set up saving spaces and be able to link my account to other useful apps such as Quickbooks. I'm self-employed (sole trader which is why I don't have a business account with Starling, yet) and need to set up a pension scheme. The fact that I have a choice of apps that I can do this with that will link to Starling just makes this seemingly arduous task so much more straightforward. I don't usually read company newsletters but I find the Starling newsletters engaging, interesting and useful!
