Disgraceful profiteering

Avoid at all costs. My dog developed heart issues and knowing that I couldn't change to another provider due to the fact that if I did the heart issue wouldn't be covered as it'd be a pre-existing condition, they doubled my premium from £75pm to £150pm. Upon complaining I was told simply that I had claimed more than I'd paid so I was getting a good deal.
