Smooth transition from existing insurer

Absolutely easy to move insurers to yourselves. All searches were done by yourselves, ncd, convictions, etc and weren't burdened upon myself. Very happy with your service. My only point would be that an after sales call to offer additional services came from a number I didn't recognise. With so many unknown people, scammers etc. I usually don't answer an unknown call. I did eventually but would suggest that your callers should leave a message in the first instance so that customers realise that the call is genuine. Reviewed on: 5th October 2017
