Clear, simple and thoroughly enjoyable

I really can’t think of any faults with starling. The app is so easy to use to deposit/withdraw/spend money with the ability to categorise transactions to be able to easily see how much you spend monthly on bills/food/transport etc. It has been so valuable for personal use as well as budgeting in the joint current account with my partner. I really like the added security when adding new payees as well, with starling able to often confirm the account to pay is correct before you’ve even paid. Customer service was so helpful when I believed I had been scammed and resolved my issue so quickly, professionally with their actions really putting me at ease.
