Helpful and knowledgable

Used this company for the first time and found them very easy to talk to and very helpful. One negative is that when I tried to get on their website, I had a warning on my PC that the site was not safe as no security certificate. This did worry me, but in the end I just chanced it as their quote via one of the comparison sites was very good, so I got the number and called them instead. I think Brightside need to rectify this soonest as you could be losing business! Reviewed on: 5th October 2017
