Paperwork not accounted for

Most things were fine but I ended up having to send my llicence and my no claims bonus on 3 separate occasions. And this was after me holding one off your ladies on the phone while she opened my mail and confirmed she had them the first time I sent them. I did this because I was leaving too Africa on holiday the next day. Then I received 2 threatening letters via email telling me they were going to cancel my insurance if I didn't send this paperwork in despite the fact I had already . Normally not a problem except I was and still am on safari in Africa and to put it bluntly it was a pain in the ass to get it send from there with very limited internet access..
