Better than their competitors

Very simple set-up process via the app. Got a discount because I already use School Gateway for my child and the most important thing was that I wasn’t bothered post set-up. All questions were answered via online FAQs, therefore - unlike their competitors, they leave you to get on with it. I didn’t have to field almost daily calls “welcoming” me to the company or brand.
