So far not good

Found you in Go compare and called. That part ok I then received text to say send in no claims bonus and driving licence. Tried calling and calling and callin and calling and at that point then wanted to leave as could not get through to anyone. Eventually I did and was told I need to contact my previous company to get the no claims certificate. I asked if BRIGHTSIDE could do this and they said they try. I then called my previous company to be told that BRIGHTSIDE had called and confirmed my 9 years no claims, but in the meantime I have received a cancellation from BRIGHTSIDE so not sure if I have insurance or not. There needs to be a better system for this. My first impressions are terrible I'm afraid Reviewed on: 8th October 2017
