Fast & easy process

I was looking to consolidate my existing loans & was recommended to Bamboo loans via email through a previous finance Company. I found the whole process to be pleasant & easy throughout . You can apply with ease online , however I had a few issues my end which resulted in me contacting the customer office via phone , which I had to do a couple of times & everytime I called I was greeted in a very polite & professional manner which put me at ease as they guided me through the application process , which led me to my loan completion . Overall in my personal opinion they've made a daunting process an absolute breeze , being professional , friendly & courteous throughout. Reviewed on: 5th July 2022
