Unfortunately we had to use our insurance for our St. Bernard , after him having a constantly upset tummy, this went on for quite a few months, and the vet recommended using our insurance as the tests etc were mounting up and within a week of the paperwork going in we received the money back, no quibbles no excuses, just straight into my account. Would recommend highly and have absolutely no hesitation in putting Lifetime Pet Cover up for this award! Good luck and fingers crossed being up against the bigger Insurance companies.
